David Justice Financial Services, Inc. is not your typical insurance agency. We are an independent brokerage firm that provides customized insurance plans to meet the specific needs of business and individual clients. However, we go far beyond selling insurance. We offer a multitude of services for our clients which include selection in carriers and products, education about products and benefits and exceptional customer service.
Selection: In today's competitive market, consumers expect to have choices. David Justice Financial Services, Inc. offers a variety of competitive products from quality, top-rated carriers. We provide an objective evaluation of the client's needs and identify the products and services which best meet the client's needs. A full market analysis of all plans, with competitive market data, accompanies all proposals and renewals.
Education: David Justice Financial Services, Inc. provides source materials for all plans, including an initial enrollment kit which contains benefit descriptions of the plans, enrollment forms and account management information. We meet with each new client to fully explain the products, our extraordinary commitment to service, and the resources we provide and to fully answer any questions the client may have about the ever-changing market. We welcome the opportunity to meet with the client at any time and as many times as the client requests in order to answer questions, explain product material or assist the client in any way with issues that arise. In addition, we offer valuable human resource information to our clients. Many clients are unaware of the many governmental and human resource issues that can arise in the course of running a business. We offer training and access to information to assist the client in these matters all at no additional cost to our clients.
Service: Our greatest value to our client is in service. Our combined service staff has over 100 years of experience in the employee benefits and insurance arenas. We provide support on a daily basis for anyone covered under a plan, including support related to claims, procedures, prescriptions and appeals. In addition, we offer full administrative support on a continuing basis for the company contact person, including support on matters of billing, enrollment, termination, human resources, expansion of existing plans and renewals. We periodically contact our clients to assess their satisfaction and to offer assistance with coverage and eligibility issues as well as customer service and claims issues.
